Thanks to the support of our dedicated stakeholders, Intellex celebrated its 30th anniversary in July 2025.

Thirty years ago, pre-owned homes were not widely recognized as safe or comfortable, and their distribution was often uncertain and complex.
Amid these challenges, we strengthened collaborations with construction firms, housing equipment manufacturers, and financial institutions, building the foundations for the renovation and housing distribution markets while accumulating expertise and sales experience.
We were only able to pioneer renovation as a new category thanks to the support of our business partners and stakeholders.

Today, the main market for housing distribution has shifted from new construction to pre-owned homes, making high-quality housing more essential than ever. Looking ahead, as the construction industry faces increasing requirements for energy efficiency, we aim to expand the expertise in energy-efficient renovations that our group has cultivated and further promote the open value of housing.

We will continue to uphold the spirit of innovation that has driven us to create businesses addressing social challenges, including:

• Asset-sharing initiatives enabling fractional ownership of real estate
• Hotel projects that revitalize local communities through renovation
• Real estate digitalization initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across the industry

Our guiding principle remains: “Enriched Lives for Everyone through Renovation.” To realize this vision and to shape the future dynamically with agile and autonomous management, we established INTELLEX HOLDINGS in December 2025. The real estate and construction industries currently face significant challenges, including labor shortages, an aging workforce, climate change, and disaster risks - issues that society must address collectively.

In response, we will unite the field expertise and execution capabilities of every single employee with the accumulated know-how of our group, taking on these challenges to provide concrete solutions. With innovation at our core, we are committed to creating a richer, more sustainable future.
